Description

Nobody asked Felix to carve the Halloween pumpkin.

But somehow, here we are.

Meet Pumpkin Carver — the latest questionable chapter in the increasingly strange life of MADMOA’s permanently unimpressed black cat.

Felix has climbed inside a giant pumpkin and taken matters into his own paws, armed with an enormous knife that we’re fairly certain didn’t come with the official pumpkin-carving kit.

The pumpkin has been hollowed.

The face has been carved.

Pumpkin guts are absolutely everywhere.

And Felix looks exactly as thrilled about the whole experience as you’d expect.

With the pumpkin lid perched on his head and seeds scattered around his new jack-o’-lantern home, Felix has the unmistakable expression of someone who started a simple Halloween craft project and now deeply regrets every decision they’ve made since.

Still, you can’t argue with the result.

Pumpkin Carver combines classic Halloween orange, a jack-o’-lantern and Felix’s wonderfully unimpressed personality into a design for anyone whose enthusiasm for seasonal activities tends to disappear somewhere between “this will be fun” and cleaning up afterwards.

Happy Halloween, Felix.
You can put the knife down now.
